OFFICIAL RULES - "KICK & WIN" SKILL CONTEST AND VEHICLE PURCHASE GIFT CARD OFFER

A. "KICK & WIN" SKILL CONTEST

  1. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Florida who are at least 18 years old at time of participation. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.
  2. How to Participate (No Purchase Necessary). During operating hours from 06/11/2026 through 06/30/2026, visit Sponsor's dealership at 200 South Congress Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. Complete a brief entry form, then attempt one (1) kick of a regulation soccer ball toward the clearly marked goal from a distance of [xx] feet.
  3. Prize and Winner Determination. If the participant's kick fully crosses the goal line without touching the ground outside the marked scoring area, the participant is a winner and will receive one (1) prepaid gift card in the amount of $100 (Approx. Retail Value $100). Odds of winning depend on individual skill; no prizes are awarded for missed kicks. Maximum of 45 gift cards available (total ARV $4,500).
  4. Gift Card Terms. Gift card issued by [issuer]; subject to issuer's standard terms and conditions; will not expire for at least five (5) years and carries no inactivity fees, in accordance with Fla. Stat. § 501.95.
  5. General Conditions. One attempt per person. Sponsor's decision as to successful kicks is final. Sponsor may photograph/video attempts and use participant likenesses for advertising without compensation. By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor from any claim arising out of participation or receipt of a prize.

B. VEHICLE PURCHASE GIFT CARD OFFER

  1. Eligibility & Offer Period. Customers who purchase or lease a new vehicle from Sponsor between 06/01/2026 and 06/30/2026, and take delivery by 06/30/2026, will receive one (1) $250 prepaid gift card at time of delivery.
  2. Limitations. Limit one $250 gift card per vehicle purchased or leased, regardless of number of buyers; fleet, wholesale, or auction purchases excluded. Gift card subject to terms in Section A-4.
  3. Cannot Be Combined. This purchase incentive may be combined with manufacturer rebates but cannot be combined with any other dealer gift-card offer.

C. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS (apply to both promotions)

  1. Taxes. Winners/purchasers are responsible for all applicable taxes.
  2. Disqualification/Force Majeure. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual tampering with the promotion or acting in violation of these Rules or Florida law, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud or other causes beyond its control impair the integrity of the promotion.
  3. Governing Law. These promotions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and are void where prohibited.
